It Took Forever Back Then

When EQC goes live, I imagine in the first three days we'll see multiple level 50 characters. Back when I played, it took months to get there. Especially if you weren't human and played a hybrid class. I'm not going to be such a hardcore player like some people, but I have no doubt I'll progress through the levels much faster than I did back then. I know so much more about the game now. Even if pre-nerf items like Manastone and Fungi Robe don't make it in, I know that being a Troll Shammy this time around will be so much easier than before. It doesn't bother me, but I won't deny I feel a momentary sadness for the loss of awe and wonder that will acompany my return to Norath.

Heh, heh, I said momentary. I can't wait to get playing. Hurry up already, dev team!
